MCO Construction and Services, Inc. , based in Miami was launched to provide construction services and management in the South Florida area. Started by Ann Mcneill , Ann has been in existence over 30 years, with a combined value of work performed in excess of $82,000,000.

MCO’s performance has been demonstrated through the success of providing construction services to such major projects as Royal Caribbean , American Airlines Arena , Miami-Dade County , City of West Palm Beach, US Army Corps of Engineers, etc.

To date, MCO has built a successful reputation within the construction related sector in South Florida. Now that sound footing has been established, MCO is seeking to take advantage of the federal sector and public sector construction boom that is occuring in South Florida. Because a significant portion of this expansion will be federal sector, increased bonding and overhead requirements will necessitate additional capital. It is projected that MCO will produce by 2007, cumulative construction contracts in excess of $110,000,000, with a net income before taxes of $6,600,000
